Pilates is a system of controlled exercises developed by Joseph Pilates placing an emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing strong core stability and improving coordination and balance.


Yoga is a discipline that involves positioning the body into improved postures and positions whilst controlling ones breathing and mind.

Join us for a Heart Opening 75min Yin Yoga & Meditiation practice on Sunday afternoon (14th Feb) at 4:30pm.

All levels welcome ~ this practtice is dedicated to YOU but by all means bring your beloved!

As per our previous workshop, spaces are limited & confirmation is required as we will be preparing some delicious raw treats & hibiscus inspired elixirs for you to enjoy post practice.
