There are 4 main hydrotherapy pools on the Gold Coast that provide a warm 33 degrees temperature and a hydrostatic pressure which can reduce swelling, improve blood circulation, reduce muscle spasm, & decrease pain. The waters supportive properties can also facilitate the limbs and help walking, exercise and balance. The resistance provided by the water also help increase muscle strength and improve your fitness.
