So Where are the Hydrotherapy Pools on the Gold Coast?
There are 4 main hydrotherapy pools on the Gold Coast that provide a warm 33 degrees temperature and a hydrostatic pressure which can reduce swelling, improve blood circulation, reduce muscle spasm, & decrease pain. The waters supportive properties can also facilitate the limbs and help walking, exercise and balance. The resistance provided by the water also help increase muscle strength and improve your fitness.
Here are the 4 centres on the Gold Coast that we will use. Noted that Palm Beach is currently not in use so we will use Miami and Helensvale. Prices for entry are available on the links to each centre.
- Gold Coast Aquatic Centre (Opening hours for hydro use are 12-3pm on weekdays.

- Palm Beach Aquatic Centre: (Temporarily Closed- Reopening in 2024 after a major renovation and redevelopment to the hydrotherapy pool and centre.)
